OLaNO: Military wage hike 'cheap populist move'

The opposition Ordinary People (OLaNO) party said on Friday that the government's plans to raise the wages of military personnel by 30 percent is a "cheap populist move" without systemic plans to improve the soldiers' situation. The move is to boost the government's popularity with barely a year before the election, Jaroslav Nad said.
