Number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Poland reaches 57,279

The number of confirmed coronavirus infections in Poland increased by 595 since Sunday and reached 57,279, the Ministry of Health said on Monday morning. Another eight people have died, bringing the death toll to 1,885. The ministry also reported that 2,040 people suspected of coronavirus infection have been hospitalised, 102,970 are under quarantine, 9,305 are under sanitary-epidemiological supervision. So far, 39,359 people have recovered.
