The ruling coalition parties, Smer-SD, Slovak National Party (SNS) and Most-Hid, have not yet reached an agreement on the names to support in the next Constitutional Court judge vote, with Constitutional Committee chair Robert Madej (Smer-SD) preferring the secret ballot and SNS caucus chair Tibor Bernatak declaring that the party has no problem with a public vote. Smer-SD caucus is likely to meet and discuss the issue next week. "I express a great hope that the vote will be secret because that is a democratic display of will in parliament," Madej said. According to Bernatak, individual names are also being discussed in the SNS caucus. Justice Minister Gabor Gal (Most-Hid) announced that the Most-Hid caucus is to meet on Monday and confirmed that there is no agreement on any names within the coalition yet.
