New Polish public procurement law will remodel the market, says minister

The new public procurement law that the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology has been preparing will radically remodel the procurement market, Jadwiga Emilewicz, the head of the ministry, has told PAP. Among other goals, the changes will strengthen the chances of small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) in public tenders, according to the minister.
