Almost a half of Poles do not accept same-sex marriages, according to a recent survey by the Pollster market research company, commissioned by the Super Express (SE) daily. Although the Wiosna (Spring) party headed by Robert Biedroń is demanding legalisation of same-sex marriages, 46 percent of Poles still claim the homosexuals should not have a right to get married. The opposite opinion was viewed by 38 percent of those surveyed.
