Morawiecki: Eastern Poland key investment location

The eastern region of Poland will be one of the key investment regions, where infrastructural investments will be located, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said on Wednesday. The prime minister maintained earlier statements that by September a 5 billion zloty (EUR 1.17bn) fund will be created for local roads. "Our great infrastructure programme and the development of roads, the development of local roads and the development of fast traffic roads (...) Express roads, the S19, S17 and S12 motorways, show that eastern Poland is one of the key areas for us, in which we are going to invest," Morawiecki said.
