Morawiecki confirms plans for government reshuffle

April 10th, 2019

No later than May 26, or on the following week, some changes in the government will occur in connection with the European parliamentary elections, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki told public television on Tuesday evening. Morawiecki was asked by the TVP Info news channel about a possible government reshuffle, due to the fact that several ministers from the ruling Law and Justice party are running in the election to the EP. Asked whether the reshuffle will take place before the election, he replied that it is difficult to say at the moment, as it is not known, now, just who will definitely get into the EP.
