The Polish government is launching a thermal insulation scheme to improve air quality and make Polish homes more energy efficient, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said on Thursday. Earlier on Thursday, the Court of Justice of the European Union ruled that Poland had infringed EU law on ambient air quality. At this stage no penalties were imposed, though the European Commission can motion for them.
