Moody's raises Poland 2018 growth forecast, revises deficit downward

Ratings agency Moody's has upgraded Poland's GDP growth forecast for 2018 to 3.5 percent from 3.1 percent and reduced the general government deficit forecast to 2.7 percent of GDP from 2.9 percent, according to a report published on Wednesday. In May, Moody's reaffirmed the country's rating at the A2 level and raised the rating's outlook to stable.
