Ministry softens planned restrictions of housing benefits

The Czech Labour and Social Affairs Ministry has softened its planned restrictions of housing benefits for low-income large families and people in hostels in reaction to criticism, but it insists on the measure as a step to prevent the benefits' misuse, Minister Jaroslava Nemcova said today.
