The health care ministry' draft on hospital reform on Tuesday passed the government legislative council, amid protests from the ruling Smer-SD party. Ruling party Most-Hid said to support te bill, while junior governing party is sitting on the fence. The reform would split hospitals into three categories and determine what kinds of procedure would be carried out in them. The health minister is to submit the project to the Cabinet session on August 21.
