Infrastructure Minister Andrzej Adamczyk on Thursday officially launched the construction of a new rail accessway to Poland's northern Port of Gdansk. At the inauguration Adamczyk said Poland's seaports needed more infrastructure. Adamczyk told a press conference in Gdansk that the over PLN 1.4 billion (EUR 320 million) project is to be completed by the end of 2021. He added that it signified "a good time for Poland and the Polish railways."
