Many Slovak MPs and MEPs call for genuinely free election in Belarus

Many Slovak MPs from the governing coalition and MEPs have called on the Belarusian regime of President Alexander Lukashenko to immediately stop violence against its own people, release all political prisoners and organise a genuinely free and fair election, TASR was told by Freedom and Solidarity (SaS) MP Ondrej Dostal on Friday. The call was signed by 58 MPs (including 28 lawmakers from the main governing party OLaNO, eight from We Are Family, twelve from SaS, and ten from For the People), and nine MEPs (including all MEPs representing SaS, OLaNO, Together, Progressive Slovakia and the Christian Democrats/KDH).
