Man who threatened to kill Babis may face charges

The police have proposed that criminal charges be brought against the man who is prosecuted over extortion for having threatened Prime Minister Andrej Babis (ANO)with death, the head of the Prague 1 state attorney's office, Jan Lelek, told journalists today. If convicted, the man can be sentenced to two to eight years in prison. The man who lived in Spain was extradited on the basis of a European arrest warrant.
