Man who shot at lawnmower men sentenced to one year in jail

A judge from the Specialised Criminal Court in Banska Bystrica on Thursday sent a man who had been shooting at city landscaping employees from his balcony in Banska Bystrica, giving the Nazi salute and waving a Nazi flag to one year in prison. Sentenced Martin Ruckschloss opened fire from the balcony of his flat on city employees who were mowing lawns in the city's residential area Sasova in June. His airgun shot one lawnmower man in the arm. The man was charged for the offences of demonstrating sympathy to a movement that advocates the suppression of fundamental rights and freedoms and for disorderly conduct.
