LMP should focus on ordinary people's problems, official tells May 1 event

Green opposition LMP must be developed by focusing on the problems of ordinary people and raising them in parliament, deputy group leader Erzsebet Schmuck said at a May 1 event in Budapest on Tuesday. People want peace, predictability and decent living conditions, but they have lost trust in politicians because of their unfulfilled promises, Schmuck said at an Okopolisz Foundation event. The "wage race to the bottom" that started at the time of post-communist transformation reached a high point during the past eight years, she added.
