Democracy is fragile, faces many enemies and is not free, yet young people take it for granted and don't bother to study history - which aids the rise of extremism, Foreign and European Affairs Minister Miroslav Lajcak said on Friday, the day marking the commemoration of the 1989 Velvet Revolution.
