Labour centre publishes shortage occupation list

The Labour, Social Affairs and the Family Centre (UPSVaR) has published a list of jobs that are in high demand to be filled, TASR learnt on Tuesday. Districts where the average unemployment rate was less than 5 percent last year are included. This concerns 29 districts in seven regions. The greatest lack of labour force is in Bratislava region, where up to 70 shortage occupations have been identified, including, for example, building construction specialists, specialist nurses, food shop assistants, car mechanics and assembly workers.
