Kiska: Czech, Hungarian and Polish Joining of NATO Paved Way for
March 12th, 2019
When the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland joined NATO in 1999, they opened the door to membership also for the remaining Visegrad Four member, Slovakia, President Andrej Kiska said during his Tuesday speech in Prague marking the 20th anniversary of the Czech Republic's NATO membership, news-only CT24 TV reported on the same day.
