Kabatek to stay VZP health insurer's head

Zdenek Kabatek, director of the biggest Czech health insurance company VZP, will keep his post as his priority vaccination was not a violation of the rules, members of the VZP administrative board that dealt with the case agreed on Monday. Board chairwoman Vera Adamkova (ANO) told journalists that Kabatek was vaccinated because his doctor had recommended it to him over a certain diagnosis. She did not say why exactly the doctor had recommended the vaccination. She said the board did not take a vote on the sacking of Kabatek.
