Jaguar Land Rover plant bomb alert proves false

Police concluded a search of Jaguar Land Rover facilities in the Nitra industrial park on Thursday and found no bomb, TASR learnt. "No explosive system was found in the search and the premises have been reopened for use," announced Nitra Regional Police Directorate spokesperson Renata Cuhakova. Earlier in the day, a male caller claimed that there was a bomb in the factory placing the call from a telephone without a SIM card. The police have launched a criminal investigation into the case.
