Volunteers from ZAKA, Israel's primary rescue and recovery volunteer organisation, who recently visited Poland, assured everyone that they felt safe there, wrote Marek Magierowski, the Polish ambassador to Israel, in his post on Twitter. "'Anti-Semitism in Poland? What anti-Semitism?' Volunteers from #ZAKA recently visited Poland. 'We wore kippahs the entire time, as well as our characteristic vests, and unlike in Western Europe, we felt safe,'" Magierowski wrote in his tweet.
