IMF raises Poland's growth forecast to 3.8 pc in 2019

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has raised Poland's 2019 economic growth forecast to 3.8 percent from 3.5 percent expected earlier, April's edition of the IMF's World Economic Outlook report shows. The IMF predicts that economic growth will slow down to 3.1 percent in 2020 and to 2.8 percent in 2024. The IMF has downgraded Poland's 2019 annual inflation forecast to 2.0 percent from 2.8 percent expected earlier.
