Harabin, Macejkova, Mesiarkinova & Bajankova vie for Supreme Court chair post

Supreme Court judges Stefan Harabin, Ivetta Macejkova, Sona Mesiarkinova and Jana Bajankova are the candidates for the post of Supreme Court chair. The vote to choose the chair will be held at an extraordinary session of the Court Council on September 9. Head of the council Lenka Prazenkova has clarified that the candidates will present their ideas for their tenure in the post. She said the deciding factor would be the candidates' skills, which should ensure that the institution functions properly.
