Hamacek collapses, leaves out afternoon programme

Czech Deputy PM and Social Democrat leader Jan Hamacek collapsed this morning, but is not in doctors' care and will try to attend the CSSD leadership meeting online tonight, only leaving out his afternoon presence in the lower house, he has told CTK. Citing Hamacek, Blesk Zpravy server wrote that a few weeks ago, Hamacek underwent a surgery of upper respiratory tract. He ascribed his slight collapse today to a blood pressure problem. "There has been enough of it," he told the server, probably alluding to the political turbulences and his work burden in recent days.
