Govt spox: European liberals attack Hungary for immigration policy

Leader of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe in the European Parliament Guy Verhofstadt and "his liberal pals are beating up on Hungary for our immigration policy," government spokesman Zoltan Kovacs said on Tuesday. Kovacs reacted in a tweet to a mobile billboard campaign set to circulate around Brussels showing Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban and one side of the billboard stating in English: "first he took our money, now he wants to destroy Europe."
