Gov't wants 13th month pension paid from March 2020

The Polish government has been working on a draft on introducing a 13th month pension in 2020 and a 14th in 2021, according to the government's legislative agenda. The 13th month pension equaling the lowest pension payment is to be paid out once from March 2020. The additional 14th pension is to be paid out in late 2021. According to the agenda, in 2020 the lowest old-age pension is to amount to PLN 1,200 (EUR 280). The government aims to approve the draft this year.
