Slovak Defence Minister Peter Gajdos met his Croatian counterpart Damir Krsticevic in Bratislava on Tuesday. Among other matters they discussed army modernisation and cooperation in terms of the military police, the training of soldiers and military production. "We had things to discuss despite the fact that a Croatian defence minister hasn't officially visited Slovakia in seven years," noted Gajdos. He called the discussion constructive, saying that it confirmed the good relations between the two countries. He added that he also showed Krsticevic the Long-term Development Plan of the Slovak Armed Forces.
