Gajdos holds talks with US Ambassador Sterling

Defence cooperation, strategic documents and modernising the Slovak Armed Forces were high on the agenda of a meeting between Defence Minister Peter Gajdos and US Ambassador to Slovakia Adam Sterling in Bratislava on Monday, Defence Ministry spokesperson Danka Capakova said. The meeting was a follow-up to the visit by Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR) of NATO Allied Command Operations Mike Scaparrotti, who took part in a regular conference of chiefs of general staff of central European countries in Bratislava last week.
