Gabaniova should replace Kalinak in house

The empty MP's seat after former interior minister Robert Kalinak (Smer-SD), who has decided to give up his MP's mandate, should be filled by Darina Gabaniova (Smer-SD), TASR learnt on Thursday. Gabaniova has already served as a legislator in the House in this electoral term, but had to leave after Kalinak claimed his seat in Parliament following the resignation of Robert Fico's (Smer-SD) government. Kalinak said in an interview for TV Pravda earlier on Thursday that he will give up his MP's seat by the end of 2018.
