Former Auschwitz prisoner to fight verdict "to the very end"

Karol Tendera, a former Auschwitz prisoner, vowed on Friday that he will continue his fight "until the very end" to get an apology from German ZDF television for its use of the misnomer 'Polish death camps'. Tendera, aged 97, announced in a conversation with Poland's National Remembrance Institute (IPN) that he would refer the case to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in Strasbourg and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
