For the People party needs 5,000 more signatures to be registered

Andrej Kiska stated on Monday that his newly emerging For the People party has collected 5,000 out of the 10,000 signatures necessary to register the party, adding that the party should hold a meeting in September at which it will present its statutes and a comprehensive programme, at the same time choosing its leader and presidium. "Things have been going faster than I expected, so I'm glad that we'll collect the necessary number of signatures quickly. We'll definitely collect some more signatures [than the necessary 10,000], to have them in reserve. I believe that it will be over very quickly," said the ex-president.
