FM attends meeting of ASEM foreign ministers in Madrid

Poland's head of diplomacy Jacek Czaputowicz is taking part in a two-day (Asia-Europe Meeting) conference of European and Asian foreign ministers which started in Madrid on Monday. Czaputowicz is scheduled to give a speech on the Polish view on the role of ASEM in strengthening the links between Europe and Asia. At the session devoted to regional problems, the Polish foreign minister is also planned to discuss Poland's engagement in stabilising the situation in the Middle East under the so-called Warsaw Process, a US-Polish initiative aimed at fostering peace in the region.
