Farm Chamber welcomes transparency proposal in agriculture

The Slovak Agricultural and Food Chamber (SPPK) welcomes the proposal of Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini to draw up a publicly available list of all farmers and companies receiving subsidies for farming, SPPK spokesperson Jana Holeciova said on Tuesday. The proposal comes after scandals regarding false claims to funding in the sector, she said.
