Expansion of M15 between M1, Slovak border launched

Hungary's national infrastructure development company (NIF) on Thursday launched the expansion of the M15 road connecting Mosonmagyarovar and Rajka, the Hungarian-Slovak border crossing closest to Bratislava. M15 will be stepped up to dual carriageway and is expected to open in spring 2020, Jozsef Pantya, director for road development at NIF, said at the launching ceremony. The project is funded with state and European Union monies.
