Effective judicial system is the core of the state - President

A judicial system that is efficient and trusted by the people is the core of a democratic state, President Andrzej Duda wrote in a letter to participants of a Thursday meeting marking the centenary of the Polish Supreme Court. "Galas marking the Supreme Court's 100th anniversary signify the strivings of many generations of Polish people who always wanted the Republic of Poland to be a state of laws", the president said, adding that, "freedom always has to be accompanied by justice".
