The European Commission has received Poland's response regarding the October 19 ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) on Poland's contested Supreme Court reforms, the EC spokesperson Mina Andreeva told PAP on Tuesday. "We received information from the Polish government on the implementation of interim measures of the EU Court of Justice regarding the Supreme Court. We will analyse it," she said. According to a source in Brussels, Poland sent the response to the EC on Monday evening. "We have conveyed a package of very concrete steps," with regard to the implementation of the CJEU decision, a diplomat then said on grounds of anonymity.
