Duda signs amendments to posted workers act into law

President Andrzej Duda has signed into law amendments to the act on posted workers. They are designed to incorporate the European Parliament and European Council directive of June 28, 2018, into the Polish legal system, the President's Office has said. Under the new regulations, postings are to be limited to 12 months, with a possible six-month extension, and posted workers are to be entitled to the minimum salary of the host country, as well as the same bonuses and social allowances of the host country.
