Days of good neighbourliness to be held in Ukraine and Poland

Kayaking, running races and cycle trips are among other attractions during the European Days of Good Neighbourliness, which will be held in adjacent Polish and Ukrainian localities. The festival will last from Thursday to Sunday. The European Days of Good Neighbourliness, inaugurated in 2004, is a series of meetings, cultural and sports events involving the residents of border localities where there is no permanent border crossing. The festival is to bring people together, overcome the barriers dividing Poles and Ukrainians and to develop the trans-boundary cooperation of local governments.
