August 14th, 2020
The Czech Republic will delete Spain, except for the Canary Islands, from its list of safe countries in terms of the coronavirus infection as of August 24, the Czech Health Ministry announced today. This means that Czech tourists returning from Spain will have to submit negative COVID-19 test results or spend two weeks in quarantine. The same rules will apply to those who will arrive in the Czech Republic from Spain. Tourists returning from Spain as of August 24 will have to contact the regional public health office under which their place of residence falls by phone immediately.
