Czech vets seize over 200 maltreated dogs from owner

Veterinary experts seized over 200 maltreated dogs, who were quite neglected and suffered from various diseases, from a breeder on Wednesday, Petr Majer, spokesman for the National Veterinary Administration (SVS), told journalists on Thursday. The vets took the action along with the police and firefighters. The dogs were placed in various animal homes across the Czech Republic. The police are investigating the woman who owned them, Majer said.
