Czech top court meets complaint by company fined for harming Russians

The Czech Constitutional Court (US) on Tuesday complied with the complaint by a firm that was fined in 2014 after a hotel it runs refused to accommodate Russian nationals unless they condemned the annexation of Crimea in writing, which general courts qualified as discrimination. The firm, Golden Gastro Service, complained with the US about the fine of 5,000 crowns imposed on it over the discrimination against Russians by its Brioni hotel in Ostrava, north Moravia.
