Czech Republic testing registration system sends users' data to advertisers

The Reservatic system, a part of the Czech central reservation system, which some hospitals use to register people for Covid-19 antigen testing, has been sending information about its users to internet firms to improve their targeting of advertisement, news portal iROZHLAS.cz has said. The Reservatic system is also to be used for applicants to book slots in the upcoming vaccination of the population. In reaction to iROZHLAS.cz, Health Minister Jan Blatny on Wednesday ruled out that the vaccination reservation system might provide data for the commercial sector. He said the protection of the data has been secured.
