The Czech Republic registered 135 new Covid-19 cases on Sunday, last week's lowest figure but the highest on a Sunday since late June, when the high number was due to a massive testing of people in the then-infection epicentre near Karvina, north Moravia, the Health Ministry's morning data show. The total number of registered Covid-19 cases reached 21,923, out of whom 16,125 have recovered and 412 died. The number of active infections stands at 5,386.
