Czech PM hopes EU leaders find compromise on carbon neutrality

Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis (ANO) hopes that EU leaders will find a compromise in the upcoming debate on carbon neutrality and that it will not be blocked again, he told journalists upon arriving to Brussels for the European Council summit. Babis stated his most important goal is to make it clear that the Czech Republic must be able to decide on which sources of electricity it will develop.
