Czech MPs pass European Investigation Order implementation
June 1st, 2018
The Chamber of Deputies, the lower house of Czech parliament, passed an amendment to implement the European Investigation Order in harmony with the respective EU directive on Friday. According to the new legislation, the international cooperation will be based on a special order form and not on a request as so far.
