Czech MPs nod to reinforced military missions, Baltics air protection

The Czech Republic can reinforce its military missions to Iraq, Afghanistan and Mali, and join the air protection of the Baltic countries based on the government's plan which the Chamber of Deputies approved on Friday. The Senate, the upper house of parliament, approved the plan earlier. Accordingly, the Czech Republic is to increase the number of its troops in the missions to Iraq, Afghanistan and Mali by up to 275.
