Czech institutions to cooperate on palliative care development

The Czech Health Ministry, health insurance companies and the Czech Society for Palliative Medicine (CSPM) will cooperate to guarantee the financing and development of care for patients with terminal diseases, on the basis of a memorandum their representatives signed today. "This topic is of utmost importance to us," Health Minister Adam Vojtech (for ANO) said. Vojtech added that the Czech Republic is still at the beginning of the palliative care development.
