Czech foreign minister visits Mariupol port city in east Ukraine

Czech Foreign Minister Tomas Petricek visited the port and front city of Mariupol in the east of Ukraine at the close of his visit to the country today as a step showing Prague's support for Ukraine, he has tweeted. Accompanied by his Ukrainian counterpart Pavlo Klimkin and Danish Foreign Minister Anders Samuelsen, Petricek (Social Democrats, CSSD) flew from Kiev to Mariupol, a city with a half-million population situated near of the front line between the Ukrainian military and pro-Russian separatists.
