A Czech court has definitively dismissed the complaint the organisers of a Prague demonstration during the Chinese president's visit in 2016 lodged against the police, the City Hall and the Interior Ministry for thwarting the protest rally by preventing its entry into a square near Prague Castle. The Municipal Court in Prague dismissed the protesters' lawsuit last year, and their cassation complaint failed recently, rejected by the Supreme Administrative Court (NSS), CTK has found out.
